Our room was not cleaned properly and the people who run the breakfast weren't corking. They didn't know what food was for which table half the time. We will give them one more than effort.

The mattress was uncomfortable & hard and the pillows were awful. Unusual for Hilton. So nosotros had piddling sleep. Then at half-dozen:00 AM the bedside alarm went off. We did not set it. You would think the maid service would check for matters such every bit this from prior guests The fruit was all gone at the breakfast bar and nosotros had to enquire twice for it. We're going back to Holiday Inn from at present on. Cheaper, meliorate bedding, same skillful bfast.

Dainty Hotel
Had a nice, brusque visit to Granbury. My only three complaints are that I wish they had told me that the hold was 25.00 a night not only 25.00 every bit I thought I had been overcharged and wasn't pleased. Improve communication would be helpful. Also, we weren't offered breakfast buffet at registration, didn't fifty-fifty know it was an choice until nosotros were checking out and I inquired about the large "incidental" hold on my account. Finally, most hotels in the expanse include a continental breakfast and they don't. which is fine. But water available in the gym would have been nice. Instead we had to get to the front desk and charge it to the room while sweaty and gross in front of all of the people who were dining on the breakfast cafe that we didn't even know was offered. A bit embarrassing.

Excellent motel next to city Beach
Staff very friendly with excellent service. Breakfast available in the motel at a reasonable price. On the lake, close to downtown and excellent restaurants. Kid friendly.

Corking stay
We had two rooms on the 2d floor with a view of the lake...cute view, spacey room, make clean, refrigerator and microwave and pod type coffee. Breakfast was not role of our package and was $10.95 each. That did include as much as you lot want of special orders, drinks, etc. The front desk people were responsive to all our requests and questions. The lobby is inviting and comfortable. All-time of all, I left jackets in the closet and when I chosen later on I got home, the housekeeping called dorsum, said they had my items, and sent them to me immediately. The hotel is within walking altitude of the delightful downtown foursquare. Will definitely stay there again.

Very poor customer service
I had a problem during my stay and reported it to the hotel but they opted to ignore the problem. I contacted Hilton and they told me they understood I had been contacted past the hotel but no one from this property has ever contacted me. Information technology is obvious that this hotel does not intendance well-nigh their customers - even the loyal ones.
